Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle and follow up on your enquiry. Further retention depends on whether a service is provided, a legal obligation applies or a dispute exists. Text prepared on this website but not sent is not part of that correspondence.
Information received is accessible to Sterk IT and to service providers needed for the chosen contact channel and handling the enquiry. LinkedIn applies its own rules to messages and profiles on its platform. No prospect lists are sold through this website.
Browsing, hosting and cookies
In Guides & tools, search terms and filters are kept in the page address for sharing and return visits. This address may appear in browser history and be sent to the host when loading a page. Search filters the catalogue in your browser; it does not query an external search engine or AI.
The Sterk IT website code does not set advertising cookies and includes no audience analytics, advertising or social widgets. Fonts and illustrations are served with the website. External content is not automatically embedded in the pages.
The website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland, a country recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. On each visit, the server records technical connection data, including the IP address, the requested page, the date and time, and browser information. These logs are used only to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose errors; they are kept for a limited period and are not used for profiling or advertising.
