Advice starts at €59 incl. VAT for one computer and a straightforward requirement. Additional services, multiple computers or complex requests are quoted separately. The scope and total price are agreed before any work begins.
Hardware, a Windows licence, paid software and travel are not included. Assembly and data transfer are included only if specified in the quotation.

Do I have to buy the hardware from Sterk IT?
No. For this offer, you buy directly from the seller of your choice, who invoices you for the hardware. Sterk IT invoices advice or agreed services separately. No official partnership with a supplier is implied.
Can you help with a custom desktop PC?
Yes. Advice can include selecting compatible components or preparing a configuration with a specialist. The seller’s prices, stock, delivery and assembly options are checked before ordering. Assembly by Sterk IT requires a separate quotation.
Is transfer of all my data guaranteed?
It depends on the condition of storage devices, access and the software involved. We agree which files to transfer and what backup precautions to take; recovery from a failing drive needs a separate assessment.
Who handles the hardware warranty?
For a purchase for private use, the legal hardware guarantee is exercised with the seller who sold it to you. For a business purchase, check the applicable warranties with that seller. Sterk IT remains responsible for its own advice and installation services.
What does the starting price of €59 cover?
It covers a recommendation for one computer and a straightforward requirement, with one revision before purchase within the same scope. The starting price does not include the computer, assembly or installation. Complex requests and multiple computers require a quotation in advance.
